is the ls out of a 87 model teg the same as the ls out of a 91 model? and how much horsepower is the 87 putting out?

Completely different.... 87 is the D16A1 I believe... I think it's around 118 hp. 91 is the B18A1.

 

Much different motor, I'd go with the B18a instead if I were you...

 

thats what i was looking for was a B18 so when someone tells me they have an ls for sale i told him i would buy it. when i saw that the car was that old i was like weeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllll ****. so i guess im not gettin that motor
