ok I would really like the n1 on my 90 hb. but I already have custom pipeing and Im just curious should I just buy n1 muffler and get it welded to my custom piping or has anybody expiremented and found out which apex n1 FULL CATBACK from any car would fit right on on a 91 hb?

and if you guys have done custom n1 what kinda cat did you use and how many resonaters and all that good stuff did yall use to make it sound like a real n1?

Alright, I have a 91 crx si w/ b16a1 with 2.25" custom pipeing with no cat. I added a "Dynomax race muffler" "bullet style" which is 50$ from a local dealer and i used as a resonator, but I also made my pipeing go under the fuel part on the left side of the car and under the lca so I could make my muffler stick straight out and angled up. Looks madd hott sounds deep and like a cat back no buzz and no popping best back pressure i've ever had. but this is just my $.02

Apexi made a N-1 catback for EF's as well as other products like coilovers but its pretty rare to find even in Japan. If you want that style go look for Fujistubo or the real RS*R catbacks.

I have an Apexi N-1 muffer with custom piping but I am not a big fan of custom piping from local spots because they rust and get damaged easiy but it will have to do until I can afford anythign else

I have the black NA apex'i N1 on my hatch and I must say I think it looks pretty pimp. I have gotten a bunch of compliments on it. You gotta be careful with custom piping sometimes, I've seen tons of shitty work on custom setups. Jr. from Mighty muffler in south philly really knows his stuff and made me an awsome setup for my N1. shadowstylz if you want to Pm me or send me an email I'll shoot yousome pics so you can get an idea. Gotta research on how to post pics
