Default EDM cluster?

Has anyone used these before?
I've seen them before, but do you have to change the connectors around?
Any experience with them?

@night.....the light...

Low fuel level light and Anti-lock brake light is the only difference from what I have heard. Might have to rearrange some pins in the plug, not sure.

It depends on what year car you have...

88-89 and 90-91 clusters are different..

one of them has two plugs and the other has three plugs..

Converting is a pain but do-able..

ive had a couple...the easiest thing to do is take the guages and put them onto a usdm backing...

good luck finding one for cheap...i just sold my last one for $375 shipped and the other one before that for about the same price...

about switching them....yeh it looks like they would be the same size as the us ones, but obviously higher tach and speedo. I guess you could do that with 88-89 ones also.

i wish i had the 88-89 one, my 90-91 one won't fit on my 88 crx. it's not hard to do, too bad mine won't interchange with each other

they interchange.. you just need the plugs from the other year, and the mounting brackets...and the pod cover.

and then start swapping pins..

I have done it...

Hopefully you've got deep pockets bro. Like the other guy said above, he sold them for $375 shipped before. And the last one I watched on Ebay, it went for like $450 before shipping!

Wow. This one sold for a measly $250... I'll bet the seller was pissed.

Actually it was a VERY easy plu n play swap.
I used my USDM housing, and just swapped in the EDM tach and speedo.
No problems at all!
