Will a ITR exhaust cam help out?

I currently have a CTR intake cam since the duration is a little bigger than ITR and a stock b16 exhaust cam. I was just wondering if i were to put an ITR exhaust cam if it would help.

its not going to hurt but from what i gathered its the intake cam that gives you the biggest gains.

the itr ex. cam is bigger. Don't think your notice a difference.
