i just purchased itr throttle, i notice when it's closed. it's not at vertical degree. also when i turn the throttle pully it's not opening up horizontally, it looks more like 60 degree turn. is this normal??? also when i look at the back of the tb, it looks as if previous owner did some boring.

it would be very very helpful if some1 post some pix for me thanks

 

The should be a screw/bolt that adjust the plate

okie, for some reason itr throttle body shown inline4 is different, i don't know y, but it looks like it's okay without the metal piece, cuz i don't have 1 for my car too. also i found out that throttle pulley was up-side down, it's been fix. everything is now good
