WOT bogging w/ larger T/B

WOT bogging w/ larger T/B
Already... can't seem to figure this out, but I put a larger T/B onto my motor and it bogs at WOT. Any ideas what the problem could be? Is it a sensor problem or a fuel problem? thanks.
