Default Good GS-R setup?

I have a '94 GS-R. Real strong car. Next year, I'll probably be getting something newer. But, I was thinking about keeping the GS-R and seriously modding. I'm gonna give ya'll a rough list (probably gonna leave out a few things), and tell me what you think.
Skunk2 IM
Skunk2 Stage II cams (MAYBE CTR/ITR Cams)
Upgraded valvetrain (valves, lifters, retainers)
ITR or CTR Pistons
ITR AEM CAI or Icebox
JDM ITR 4-1 header
2.5" carsound cat
2.5" custom-bent piping (if I can find it)
Hondata flash OR Apex-i V-AFC (both?)
possibly upgraded injectors
Possible USDM ITR tranny
-AND-
ZEX 50-75hp wet-shot system

Sound good? This is just rough planning ahead. What kind of dyno numbers could I be making with this setup? And if anyone has a ballpark price range, that'd be great. Thanks.

tune it right and you'll break 200wHP easily.

sweet... I even found a good shop to do it. Now if only it weren't so far away... Any ideas on prices? Skunk2nr, I know you've done alot of this stuff, so you could help. And do you still have that kickass dyno video?

And one more question... instead of trying to P&P my head, could I trade my head for a B16A head? Don't they flow better at high rpm?

Contrary to popular belief, the GSR head will outflow the B16 head on the flow bench any day of the week. The GSR head also has smaller combustion chambers netting you a higher compression ratio. But if the head is going to be built, I would suggest a B16 or ITR head with slight milling for the extra bump in compression.

Also, I would ditch the NOS, it would chew up your internals and turn your pistons/rings into potato chips. Just seems stupid to put all that money and hard work into a motor and to use NOS and tear it to shreds. Thats just my .02

if you are planning on running n2o ...i say go for the stage 1s or the itr or ctr cams ...on my boys itr motor he talked to the guys at skunk2 and they said if hes goin to be running nitrous which he is ...his best bet is the stage 1s ...although if tuned correctly i think the 2s can be run ...but but i would get more info on that...

thats what my boy was going to do with his itr ...he wanted to run stage 3s with about a 50-75 shot of n2o ...but the guys at skunk2 said he should use the stage 1s ...and i think thats what they sent him even though he wanted the 3s ..i told him to run the 3s and just have it tuned really good and he will be good ...i hope tgats what he ends up doing ...

I was just remembering something about volumetric efficiency and velocity... since I'm gonna be raising the redline to somewhere around 8300-8500 (?), would a short ram intake be better to take advantage of all the upper-rpm power that's gonna be going on? Or will the increased diameter of the ITR CAI/Icebox be good enough?

Do you have any dyno's to prove the GSR will flow better ? If you could find some for me It would be great, I'm always arguing with my friends about this.

CTR pistons/ skunk2 stage 2 cams is a great setup whihc will get you 200whp w/out a problem, considering it is tuned correcty

However there are a few things i would change,

Instead of a jdm itr header, why not spend the extra cash on a better header (SMSP) i gained 23WHP from just ONLY the header on my car.

I would ditch the AEM CAI, horrible intake IMO lost power compared to stock on a dyno, however the J's made some more power compared to stock, not crazy numbers but a bit more,

and ditch the nos, high compression, high lift cams and nitrous dont go.
