Default Retiring N1...any comments about this setup

Due to local restrictions (a.k.a cops being dicks) on aftermarket exhausts i have to get rid of my apexi n1 catback...im alittle tight on cash now so im thinkin about going 2 1/2" pipe with a dynomax muffler w/o resonator...has anyone ran anything like this setup with a b series motor?? i dont care what it sounds like i just wanna know how restrictive it is and how much power is lost

I know the best solution is a apexi WS but i dont have the cash right now..i can get this pipe ran from a friend at an exhaust shop for $55

you can just sell the axel back and buy a universal and match it with the catback. isnt the N1 already 2.5?
