well im so mad right now I cant see straight. SO im gonna make the story short, This idiot in a blazer pulls right out in front of me doing 25 in a 45, I was doing speed limit payin attention and brake which still put me right on his *** and theres nooone in front of him he then proceeds to hardcore brake check me once for no reason I slow down(the first brake check closed the gap) he speeds up about to 35 right as I hit gas he brake checks even harder no possible way not to hit him, I Immediately got out of the car, saw I hit his trailer hitch only(no damage) and walked up to him and then saw he had kids, so I stopped, he wanted to get insurance info and leave, he was actin all sketchy(didnt have license( I think the kids werent suppose to be with him either)he immediately calls a friend to come get his kids and then, (I didnt have my celly) so I tell him to call the cops and he says, are you sure because your gonna get the ticket, and I said how the **** am I gonna get a ticket, you intentionally brake checked me twice, he says you were maybe going a lil fast and I was just slowing you down,SlOWING ME DOWN BY STARTING AN ACCIDENT I said, and he then proceeds to come up with a new story every minute, he then calls a friend and explains the situation to his friend and tells him to call someone, we wait there for 30 minutes no cops, the whole time hes tryin to just say your gonna get a ticket, you sure you dont wanna just leave, anyways, one of my friends drives by stops and tells me what I already knew which Is I would get a ticket reguardless for riding to closely(which is just the law) so im still like the cops have to come file a report. If I get another ticket I lose my license, so my friend asks him the story, the guy immediately starts lying and my friends like lets get out of here, so the guy left and we left. THis guy never called the cops for some reason or another. Theres alot of other bullshit that happened between me and the driver of the blazer that my friend had to break up and tell me to go to his car, this guy was being the biggest smart ***. Sorry just had to vent and now Im gonna get carbon fiber hood, some sort of milano red bumper and headlight, if this should be moved im sorry, wasnt sure where to post. This is why I NEVER tailgate ANYONE. All they have to do is slam on the brakes and if you hit them...YOU are at fault!!. That's just the way the law is.

Yeah, I know He reeled me in, the first time I wasnt near him until he hit the brakes for no reason, that closes the gap, and then there was no time to open the gap up again he hits the gas and so do I since we are doing 20 in a 45 and then he immediately without any sign for no reason but to cause a wreck he slams them again. I am a very cautious an courtieous driver, I havent had an accident in three years.

 

should have gotten the cops, something aint right. did you get a plate # or anything

 

I tried to do this for thirty minutes, my friend talked me out of it, im still debating on running his plates and handling this myself. This whole situation was so sketchy. But reguardless they usually give tickets for following to closely.(even though its wrong) And that little ticket would of landed me in jail or with no license. So he may of gone to jail for something or another, but so would I> and insurance. I pretty much just got fucked and will have to deal with it by myself. I wish I could find someone selling a set of projectors.
