has anyone dynoed the mugen intake, before and after or comparing other intakes?
I'm interested in this intake. how well does it flow. I am running spec b's and wonder if thye will flow enough. i'm also running 12.5 compression.

No, because they couldn't afford to go to the dyno after buying the intake.
DV- who is being a smart *** about the expense of Mugen products.

Well IF flow rate of an intake is determined by the total area of the filter surface, the ARC would outflow everything simply by its size. Add up the area of the 2 filters, and it's about the same size as the Pontiac SLP Firehawk airbox.

Actually the arc doesn't flow the greatest up top. Its midrange rocks. i was thinking about going arc but decided not too. The arcs chamber impedes flow at top but it does a good job keeping charged air available.
I dont know about the Mugen , but my friend with a stock 00 ITR gained 6 whp with the AEM CAI which isn't bad.
