It runs awsome.. super smooth idle. no smoke, no tick.

the ECu I got was a PR5 (jdm LS automatic)
The PR3 will be here on Monday...that should take care of all the codes and give me Vtec

This Engine swap has been 2 years in the making and its finaly done..I can hardly belive it..
Its still amazing even without the Vtec...
I went from 60 hp to 160 with $1600 and 8 days of hard work...
thats only $16.00 per horsepower....
I can't imagine how its going to be once I build it up..
This is what it's all about
hard work = horsepower.

haha..man, i feel you...its been like 3 weeks for me...i had everything but the mounts (or so i thought) until just this past monday...then when i went to put it in, i found out part by part what i needed...i went to so many places looking for parts most of them know me as "that b16 guy" now...haha, hopefully today is the day i get to drive my baby again...we turned on the motor last nite, it sounds nice and smooth. i just have to work out my axle problems...i got the jdm b16 axles and they don't quite fit....but i'll make em fit somehow

i used the hasport mounts...its a nice drop, i like it. i have a clutchmaster stage one clutch set (street disc and pressure plate) and the mounts keep alot of the torque on my wheels, they don't really let my motor rock back like it used to when it was stock (d16a and stock mounts). i've been driving around in my car since saturday, and it runs great. no check engine lite, no fuel or idle problems, everything checks out ok. and the axles, yea, i got the whole sir axles...they didn't quite fit though-maybe they were for the integra xsi...but we just put some washers onto the axle and it works ok (not as ghetto as it sounds). i'm hoping i do at least low 15's all motor, full interior, with 2 8 inch subs in the back.
