Yo my set-up is a h22 with a B&M fpr a 255 venom fuel pump, 2.50 custom exhaust, but im wantin more so heres some other things ive got in mind skunk2 stage 2 cams, valve springs and retainers,skunk2 throttlebody and manifold, skunk2 camgear sprockets, ams or hytech headers. wow..
really that low? that is kind of depressing. I'm not too familiar with the H-series, but if you did those mods to an LsVtec, then tuned it via Hondata you'd probably make 190 whp.

i would wonder what TQ #'s would you be looking at with the h22 compare to a B serious motor . which i know that would make a huge difference

With the right i/h/e you can make 190 whp. With cams, cam gears, tb, and tuning you can make 200-210. Big cams, higher compression, and some other tings I bet you could find 220-240.

don't really know much about h motors, but you didn't mention anything about pistons and rods, porting head, sleeving block... etc etc. sms header would be good. maybe a little over 200whp from your mentioned goodies.

sounds about right for leaving stock compression and headwork
