When I take off my car jumps forward and makes a knocking sound. It will also do this if I am driving and am totally off the gas and then tap it. I have a B18a swap with place racing motor mounts. It feels like a broken motor mount, but I check by watching the motor while letting the clutch out with the parking brake on. The motor does not move at all. Does anyone have any ideas of what this might be? Thanks

Well out of no where I started to get popping sounds from the engine bay under hard braking. I did some searches and found out that the rear motor mount could be causing this. So I guess I will pull it and find out. Is there an easy way to do this without pulling the motor?

 

Ok so I pulled the mount and it is fine, some body please help me with this!
