6puck with stock pressure plate?? need help fast
will this effect the prefomance of the clutch??would it worn it down faster if i use the stock pressure plate? cause i got a act heavy duty plate for free but its not in good shape and looks kinda rusty..

The pressure plate looks a bit dirty but it should be okay, as long as there's no crack or anything broken. Stock disc will last longer than the 6 puck, but the 6 puck will grabs harder. Depend on what you're looking for, durability or performance, just have to sacrifice one or the other.
i would only suggest a 6puck on an heavy duty pp. but also check to make sure it isnt warped, use a straight edge and a feeler guage call act, which i think thats what pp that is and see what the max spec is for pp runout and stuff of that nature. i think thats all i had to say
im also it looks like there is alot of wear on the ppl on the actual mating surface, and the fingers look to have alot of wear, id suggest buying a new one if you can afford it, wow its supposed to be smooth or at least mine is not with a lip like that
