SS or not, i would expect it to be mandrel bent and forged.

haha, wtf is not mandrel bent about it? That 5 degree angle with the collector? Flow-bench the difference and see how big it is

probably doesnt want to deal with a VTEC head, since usually its easier to tune and run properly.

Thats the whole point of hte SideWinder concept, to allow the use of AC, and a full 3" Downpipe. You will have to zip-tie some lines out of the way, etc, but AC shouldnt be that hard to keep at all!
