i've searched for this and came up with nothing.

i have a 91 cx.
does anyone else's doors make a loud "crack" sound when opening your doors at about the halfway point? It's very annoying everytime i open the door. I can't seem to find the problem.

my crx did the same thing ..if you look at the bracket thing on the door where it connects to the frame..just to the left of where yer vent is...you'll see a lil metal bar thing (sorry, im not good at explaning ****). theres a part that needs to be re-welded on....it makes that *PING* noise when u open the door... sorry if this doesnt make sense........
