I did a little search on here about this kit but I did not find the info I am needing. I have never used one of these units and I went to put it on my B20Z block today and what I have is a threaded nipple where I screw the oil filter on as the current stock setup. I figure that the new threaded part replaces it to allow for the extra depth of the GE unit. Now the thing is the stock threaded nipple does not want to come out of the block. Before I destroy it by trying to remove it, can anyone tell me if the stock nipple threads in and out? It seems like it does not want to thread out and I would rather not break something. Any info would be great. Thanks folks!!

 

Sorry for the post folks, I just found another block and removed the nipple, I was just not coming on to it enough in my B20 block, just did not want to mess anything up.
