Pedals for a 2003 Accord

My buddy has a 2003 Accord LX and we were looking for pedals but he has a small issue. The gas pedal has a big plastic block behind it so most pedals wont fit. anyone know where I could find some for this car?

just drill/tap the aftermarket panel onto the pastic stock one..get a good look and drill the screw in a position that you would able to see it
