Default valve springs

My friend has a 1.6 sohc non vtec engine and is having a valve float problem. What kind of after market valve springs are available for that application. He can't seem to locate any but I know there has to be some out there.

KHS I believe is the name of the company on eBay that makes valve springs for a lot of applications, I work in a part time performance machine shop, and I've always been impressed with their stuff from customers who have run their cars with them for a good long time sooooo anyhow. If that's not right search for EGR plate on eBay, and it'll lead you to them, then follow to their eBay store.
