like kj said for your first time they turned out very nice.....
1.are you using a tripod?
2.learn your shutter speeds and how to adjust them depending on your location
3.also i dont know too much about the cannon camera but if it has adjustable white balance learn that as well....
4.keep your headlights off durning nights shots....you want all of your light behind you not in front of you
5.center up the pics a little better and that will make a world of difference
just keep going out and taking pics....the more you use it the more you will be comfortable with it when you are in differnt conditions.
also photoshop is your friend its helps night shots out alot
if you have any questons let me or kj know and we could help you out

i got it in toronto at some rice shop. it doubles as a lumbar support also
si foo: let me know next time man.. we can go out for a photoshoot. i just hit up dominicks, and some buildings around the stockyards for this shoot.
yeah, i know about centering pics.. and i know other things about photography... like rule of thirds and all that good stuff. the headlight pics were taken just to show the yellow h4's (that i have for sale-new)
thanks for the comments everyone.. the mugen whale tail is not foreveryone. looks a bit ugly to some but i don't mind it. if they've wind tunnel tested the design, that's good enough for me.
