Best way to install d-fuser?
I was wondering what is the best way to install a STR 2-peice d-fuser? I was told it's easier with the bumper on and just drill a hole then cut but I was thinking it would be easier with the bumper off.
Also whats the best way to cut the holes hand saw, jig saw or something else?

I'd leave the bumper on, then line up and mark where you want to mount them. A Dremel would be the easiest and cleanest way to cut the holes.
Found out it's easier on the car, it stays firmer than off. I measured the whole length of the bumper than found the middle and marked it. Then found the middle of each side marked where the holes where going and used my dads hole saw and it was done with just a little sanding to make the edges smooth. Quick easy and done within an hour and a half. Hope maybe this will help me get down to 13.5!!
