you are lucky you got the yellow check engine light dont wait till it becomes red till you fix it .....
oh and my guess and that is just a guess is that the first o2 sensor is dead if your near la bring it over and i can put it on my snap-on scanner and find more info on it

lol no that was a specific question, cause your catalytic converter isnt preforming up to "emissions standards"
meaning you SHOULD replace it.
