weird rpm problems

When im driving, and stop at a stop sign, the cars rpm goes up to 1500. I the fuel injectors are dirty but I want to check with you guys. When I'm driving, it seems like I do not need to gas to let go of the clutch. After, I start driving for 10-15 sec, the rpm drops back down. What could it be guys? Help me out here! Thanks

common honda problem check ur Ilde air control valve and the cold start extra air valve

the cold start extra air valve will normally make ur rpm go up and down repeatly

Where are the valves located?
