Does anyone have pictures of their car or someone elses with the mugen body kit on? all i see is that one dark blue one they advertise on websites

That is not a Mugen kit. They never made them like that. They are a Mugen style kit with the flares on the fenders and on the front. It is a fake kit. I have Mugen brochures for CRXs from 3 years and it is not in any of them. I think that they are the Cyber Kit you are talking about. This is the Cyber Mugen Styled kit. The real Mugen kit for the CRX looks like the Wings West kit. Here is the Mugen Cyber Flared kit.

i think the bumperlights wrap around the bumper

correction, thats not the mugen kit, the real mugen kit has the wrap around bumper lenses like the ef8 (cr-x sir)

correction to you. That could be a mugen kit. Theres 2 versions. Since the SiR with wrap around bumperlights came out in 90, Mugen had 2 versions, one for non-wrap around and one for.

Correction to all of you. The kit on marty's old car (megan's car) is a Replics Mugen kit too. (untill I see the Mugen LTD sticker on it, its fake.)

Did Mugen produce a wide body kit, or at least fender flares for the really old CRX? 85-87, or something like that?

 

Hey Dan, where did you get the kit with the wrap around lights? does it bolt on to the 89 crx or do you have to get the SiR lights and stuff.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, I found this old pic from King, not sure if this is it, looks mean though

 

Its the actual Mugen Pro2 kit, my car had mugen suspension, mugen exhaust, mugen clutch, and mugen m5's (had to get rid of them they were cracked etc), it came over with loads of mugen stuff....so to answer your question, i dont know where to get them from.

But i have a japanese friend who can get you everything from japan, send him a mail, he can get second hand mugen kits (they dont make them new any more).

why are you guys giving him a hard time about it? you all know which kit he is asking pics for and all you can talk about is which one is the "real" one who cares if it is real or fake. thats not what he is asking.
