i am trying to find some traction bars for my first gen crx drag race car, since i cant find any should i have some made? i've never seen any, plus i dont understand how they work... anyone want to give me an explanation?

not alot of people drag the 1g.... i have no clue i would have them fabbed

The 1G uses a completely different style of suspension. The traction bars on a 2G replace the radius rods, a 1G does not have radius rods. Replacing the olds bushings is a good first step towards reducing wheel hop. I suppose you could add radius rods, but I have not seen any done yet. TurboRex (ya gotta be an old 1G fan to remember this) made "wheelie" bars for the 1G (1-off, not for sale), and I don't remember any problems with wheel hop.
