I know two guys from WV who have Rs...William and Jody.
Not sure of the towns though...........they both have come up to Steel Cities to Auto X.
You should try to make an event before the end of the year. Check the schedule out at http://www.steelcities-scca.org/Solo%20II%20Dates.htm
We usually have at least 4 Rs at our events.........I won't make the next one though.
