Piston ring gap - CTR 0.25 over??

Could someone tell me what my ring end gap should be? 0.25 over CTR pistons. I want to make sure my engine builder has the right info.

ring gaps in inches
Top - bore in inches x .0045" to .0060"
2nd - bore in inches x .0038" to .0045"
Oil - minimum - .015"

Thank you, is ring end gap the same for all b series rings/pistons?
