Default Quarter Mile times

I have a stock DX and I want to run my car.
Should I keep on the stock 13's or put some 14's or 15's for the best quarter mile time.
I know i will probably be stuck in the 16's but anything is worth a shot

You should probably stay stock. The larger the rim the slower the launch but the more top end you'll get. That's why a lot of pro's go with 13" rims w/ slicks. The size of the rim and tire change the over all gearing. Since your stock I honestly don't think one way or the other it will matter. Just a thought. Personal opinion.

it has intake header and a 2.25 apexi n1 exhaust custom
thats it
and suspension and gsr rims, but that doesn't make a difference in acceleration

Your best bet is hope for a cold day. make sure you can get as much fresh air into the intake as possible and launch strong and shift good. LoL

Yeah I estimate 17s.

There's a local guy around here that runs a DX and has been for quite a while. His fastest time with a lot of "tweaking" was 16.8.

and that stuff does matter! adjustable shocks took .2 seconds off of my 1/4 time and lowered my 60 foot .1 second!
