Looking for H22A1 ECU

I want the OBD1 ecu, and if anyone has the conversion harness for OBD1 to OBD2
the ecu's in obd2 engines has a security thing in there that needs to be by passed so I rather put in an obd1 ecu and convert it to odb2 harness for the engine.
Me thinks this will be easier??

I have one sitting on my shelf from my own personal Prelude. It's off a 95 Prelude VTEC, mint condition. I only dont use it anymore due to having a p28 ecu now.
