Default you think this is a good first car?

my friend has been drving his dads neaon for a couple of months now and wants to get his own car. he likes the idea of a crx, and a guy i know is selling his. my friend doesnt know how to drive stick so he would be learning on this car. this is what the owner emailed me:

Friday is ok if it's between 6:00 and 8:00 pm, I have a bachelor party afterwards. Otherwise it will have to be after Labor Day, let me know what’s good for you. This is what I have into the car right now:
B16a first gen., Haltech computer, Type R cams, Toda springs, retainers, Toda cam gears, Toda header, AEM cold air intake, Skunk 2 intake manifold, Clutch Masters Stage 5, LS transmission, MSD, Type R valve cover with cut outs for cam gears. Skunk 2 coilovers with Tokico shocks, Momo steering wheel, gearshift ****, brake handle, pedals and footrest and 17” Momo Racer rims. Corbeau race seats and NX Express (install not completed yet, 5” tach, oil gauge, nitrous gauge and water temp gauge. I also have Toda Spec B cams, and extra Toda cam gears, springs, retainers, timing belt and head gasket that I will sell separate. As far as the interior goes the only thing in there is the dash, headliner and door panels, there isn't anything else in there. I drive the car everyday to work and I have no issues. The only thing the car needs is for the rest of the Nitrous setup to be completed and if you wanted to install the Toda cams and the Haltech needs to be tuned. With the setup I have now without the nitrous and untuned I pulled a 14.01 at 99 mph. With the rest of the setup in and with the Haltech tuned it should be a low 13 N/A and a low 12 with the nitrous. If you have any other questions let me know.

this car as you can see definetely aint stock, so would this be an ok first car?

Although it sounds pretty nice, I would stay away from such a car if it's your first one. Your first car should be a learning experience, and that car sounds like it would be a bitch and a half to trouble shoot. If you get a stock car, then you can modify it yourself and learn how everything works.

Most everyone wrecks their first car in some way. I rather wreck a beater than a fixed up car that someone else built that your going to have no idea how to fix it cuz its so not OEM anymore.

Yeah... pass it up and let someone who can handle it buy it.

Too much of a pain to work on.
