Default ??? on t/b size for my motor

I basically have a built b16 at 12.5.1 and p/p head, jun3's etc. and was wondering what sixe t/b to use. I do not want to go too big. Just wanted some insight on what to use. I was thinking like Ericks racining 65 or 68 mm or something like that.
TIA

I would go with the 68 but with your mods (NA) you can´t go wrong with either. Just my opinion

did you even read that link? youll have to sign up first but if your too lazy then it basically says that "65mm plate is more then big enough for most big N/A Teg engines"
thats more then enough at 65mm for 1.8 to 2.0 litters! and your at 1.6L and you wanna get 68mm..?

Yes I read the link it say 70-65 is more than enough and I said I was going 68-66.
Do you think that is still too much.

[QUOTE] A 70mm (at the intake side or TB opening) to 65mm bore (at the plate side) ITR taper bore TB: More than enough for most big N/A Teg engines.[QUOTE]

when they said "70 to 65" they meant 70mm opening tapered down to 65mm tb plate! the opening doesnt matter, only the actual size of the tb plate matters.
yes, i think 68mm is too big for 1.6L NA.
ITR IM and 62mm TB is good for built 1.6L.

Save your tb for the last upgrade, puttting one on anything less then a fully built motor will net you about 1-3hp...

STR 68mm should work nicely with that setup.
