Will my eagle rods for my B16A2 work with some CTR pistons?

 

Someone here matted aftermarket rods on cast oem pistons but I heard a lot of machining had to be done. I guess it can be done, but not a lot of people do this because it requires more work than usual. And for the amount of money you'll spend machining...might as well use the money and get aftermarket pistons too and save yourself the trouble. (unless youre a machinist)

 

OEM b16a rods need to have about 1mm shaved off each side to mate with the CTR pistons. I'm not sure if the same machine work is needed with aftermarket rods.
