Default Head/Cam Choices for all motor H22

I am wondering what you guys have done in the way of headwork to your h22a's. I will be recieving mine shortly and want to do all the fun stuff before i drop the motor in.

My goal is to keep the car as my daily driver (ie. stock idle), and make sure there is no reliability problems, yet make it as quick as possible.

any help?

If i were to build a nice street H22 id take it apart. Hone the block, Type S pistons, single layer head gasket (11.5-12.0 CR), and get some ARP rod bolts. For the top ned, port/polish, valvetrain and skink 2 stg 2 cams. skunk 2 IM, if its out by then and a nice header.
