quick way to remove factory tape deck installed in lower bin?

quick way to remove factory tape deck installed in lower bin?
I just swapped out the OE HU and have no need for the tape deck looked on installdr.com and didn't have a write up on that. is it just a matter of removing the 2 screws on each side of the center console?
