Suspension problems on Ef Dx
A long story...
I bought a 90 Dx Hatch that had slight rear end damage. ( dent the size of a cantalope) I stripped it completely and yanked the rear drums and installed the rear disc from a 90-91 CRX. HowTo For those not familar, this involves replacing everything attached to the rear trailing arms and bolting everything back over to the Civic from the CRX. This also includes a rear sway bar. It also requires longer e-brake cables from an Integra. This project is half way done when a buddy of mine makes a deal with me to get the PST front end polygraphite kit and we raise the front of the car also and disassemble the entire front suspension . A week later we button up the rear suspension and the kit arrives for the front end. A week later we tear into the bushings and take the ball joints and LCAs to the machine shop where we find out the wrong bushings were sent. A week later everything finally gets straightened out and I decided a week to swap out the sway bar bushings, upgrade the shocks and update the springs, so we wait. Two weeks later we finally get around to attempting to assemble everything (two weeks of roommate drama) and by the end of the month everything is back together. I think. The car pulls hard right. We take the car after work up to my friends shop where a case of beer gets my car aligned. I find out that the car is unable to get aligned. He said that everything was out of whack. Well, yeah, we just rebuilt the entire front and rear end! So I get the car back and it still pulls but not nearly as much, but it still pulls hard enought that if I let go of the wheel, it veres to the right almost right away. I got another week till I can go shell out 50 bucks to get another shop give me a print out of how bad its off. What can I do?
Notes: Upper ball joints were replace but with the original equiptment. Rear suspension was obtained from a salvage yard out of a CRX without body damage, but was now sitting on the ground. Suspension was replaced with Koni Reds and Eibach PK. Rear suspension bushings remain OEM rubber. Alignment printout might now be attainable, in about a week.

I replaced all the bushings with polygraphite. It is the front end kit offered by PST http://www.p-s-t.com
