my clutch is sticking half way up on my 94 accord.
my clutch is sticking half way up on my accord. this happens after the point of engagement, which is about 1/4 way up, but it just stick whenever i release it. the spring pulls it up after a time though, or i pull it up with my foot, but when i am releasing the clutch. you can actually feel like it is still stuck, even when the spring brings it back up, because you can push it down with your finger up to the point where it gets stuck which is about half way down.
i was wondering if this could be caused by my throw out bearing going bad?
this started happening on sunday. tuesday when i checked my clutch fluid, i saw that the float was at the very bottom, i do not think it had gotten totally empty as yet though. i refilled it, but nothing changed. i was wondering if there might be air in the system when the level got low?
when i look around the region where the clutch is on the transmission, i can see that it is a bit damp. i am wondering if it might be leaking.
is this in anyway symptoms of my clutch going out?
what can i do to try to fix the problem?

It's very possibly leaking. The slave and master cylinders in the clutch like to go out. A leaking master cylinder is right near the pedal (I think), and the slave is near the tranny. If they're leaking it'll cause problems.
For now though, you should refill the clutch fluid and bleed the system. Like you said, air is likely in the system now. Bleed the clutch fully (hope you have a friend handy or a vacuum pump), see if that fixes the problem temporarily, and see if the problem comes back.

is the slave near where the clutch is located? i looked on it this morning again, and it is definately leaking.
one other thing i observerd is that the clutch fluid is very very dirty. is there a way i can clean it?

i was about to bleed the brake awhile ago when i realized that the leak is too bad. i parked the car for about 10 mins and there was a large puddle under the car. it is leaking at the release cylinder (slave cylinder). is there a way i can fix it or do i have to change it?
You need to replace the slave cylinder. Inspect the clutch master cylinder for leaks. It will usually leak inside your car so take a flash light and follow the clutch pedal up until you see the master cylinder.
If you replace any parts, you will take care of the dirty fluid when you bleed the system. Dirty brake fluid isn't a big problem in clutch hydraulics. It's more important to keep the fluid clean (flushed) in the brakes/abs.

i think you just need to bleed the system unless you found a leak if no leak is present then just bleed the system and you will be ok
