hi im new here i got a 90 civic DX with ZC swap and i need to pick up few parts for liek head gasket what do i tell the parts people they dont know whats a ZC what would i have to tell them?

if its SOHC ZC non vtec then the engine is absolutely IDENTICAL to d16a6 in otherwise 88-91 Civic/CRX Si and the Civic EX, the only difference is the camshaft really, some say that the head is a little bit different but really just ask for parts for an 88-91 Si.

 

ya mine is a 16v ZC sohc non vtec so i guess ill ask for 88-91 si parts

 

the 92-95 sohc si head gasket will also work,and it is much stronger.
