Hi,

I was wondering if the 90-95 Accord distributor was the same as the OBD1 Vtec Preludes? If so does it matter what model accord...like LX,EX,SE,DX.....which ones work? BTW I really would prefer having a external coil since I have bought MSD 6Al w/ a blastor coil.

All the guts from a 92-93 accord distributor are identical to the OBD-1 lude external coil unit. 90-91 will work too, just don't use the internal coil. Not sure if the 94-95 are external coil, never owned one. Unfortunately, the housings are different and the F series dist housing won't bolt to an Hseries head.
