i need some tips on cleaning suede type r seats.. mine are kinda dirty and a little bit faded.. is there anything i can buy to spray on and moisturize the suede and clean it?

What r they made of if not suede? And is there any other way to clean them besides steam cleaning????

Also list the following:

HONDA
- Civic

I realize we have determined that the seats aren't suede, but if you go to most shoe places you can buy suede cleaner. Try that. It has always worked for me.

 

Suede cleaner is too strong. Over time it will strip the color out of the alcantara. Use water and mild soap (no bleaches or severe chemicals). Mix the soap and then use a damp cloth to rub the solution around.

Do not use dish soap.
