Racing Style Steering Wheels...

I"m just wondering if anyone knows of a good steering wheel that is racing style and how do you exacty go about rewiring the cruise control and other electronic goodies, etc...

ive only seen aftermarket race ones without airbags...

Thats a great point.. how in the hell do you take off the steering wheel without risking getting an air bag in your face.
