Chipped PR3 ECU - whats it worth?

Got my old PR3 sitting around that I need to sell. How much are they worth these days?
It has been socketed and has the OEM chip, Mugen Chip, and RPT chip with it...
any suggestions?...

I've seen them go between $100-$200...$150 is a good price, i think.
