Default Tuning Pro's/Con's-Where?

Its time to tune the monster.

-2000 Type R-

-AEM CAI Intake
-DC Sports JDM headers
-Full Thermal R&D Exhaust (high flow cat)
-AEM Cam Gears
-B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator
-Apexi VAFC 2 <~

Now, 2morrow i am going to a tuning shop in N.J. that some people have told me is a pretty good place. So hopefully ill be set but i do have a couple of concerns.

My question is what should my expected H.P./Torque be?
Are there any Specific questions that i should ask while they are tuning?
What should i watch out for? (anything specific)
i dont know, just give me some pointers or something because i really have no idea what to expect.
Thank You
Fellow Type R owner

umm... Make sure your oil is new and full

Oh yeah write down all the settings that they do so If you have to go for DMV inspections you know how to turn it back.

Hard to say two identically modded engines tuned by two different shop will most always yeild two sets of differences.

Just depends on the tunning style of the shop. But the advice above is excellent
Make sure you know exactly what they do.
