how much more of an advantage in HP is it by being bored 84mm then stock 81mm on gsr?

first of all, its bored.
I don't think bord is a word.
You'll be intreasing displacement by a little more than 10% so, if all factors remain the same you'll see about a 10% increase across the board

I don't think that displacement and net power gained would be at or greater than 10% but could very well be wrong.
