Default Cobalt . Thumbs Up!

Just wanted to extend gratitude to cobalt (namely Rusty) for going out of his way to get me my pads on time. The spec VR's did really well in 90+ ambient temps, and repeated stops from 110+ mph to 50mph. No fade, just consistent tug, and really really linear braking force; I felt like I was able to modulate much better , and brake later, because the brakes would come one really nice and smooth lap after lap. Anyway, thanks again to rusty and cobalt.

Great pads (VR's) and service, I'm very pleased with the pads.

Austin - hey, how are you ? Yah, you and bob piqued my interest the last time out at buttonwillow. I had some similar material transfer issues the first session out, but tha went away quicky. After that it was all gravy. The pads never faded, not once. Let me know if either of you guys are coming out to a track day down here sometime, or if there's one up north. Would like to meet up again.

Hubert,

I am very pleased to hear that you are both happy with our products, as well as with the service your received from Rusty.

Rusty Carter Jr. is our new Sales Executive/Manager, and has been a outstanding addition to the Cobalt Team. He has over 12 years of competitive racing experience, as well as race car building experience, and is very knowledgeable on car setup and dynamics. I will be gradually transitioning the majority of customer sales and service responsibilities over to Rusty, and am confident in his ability to provide the product knowledge and service that our customers, old and new, have come to expect.

Rusty's e-mail address is rusty@cobaltfriction.com.

Best Regards,

Andie

Andie,

Thank you for the reply. I'll concur that Rusty is very personable, and from my talking to him came across like another driver, not a salesman. The fact that he went above and beyond his responsibilities (without hesitation) to help me out was much appreciated.

A + Customer Service!

Regards ,
Hubert
