Honestly, just search around HT for a while and youll find all of that in a matter of no time. There are plenty of parts in the classifieds.

Welcome to HT.

1) Search for "Dyno" to see the most recent dyno plots and list of according mods. This will show you which parts make what type of power, and how you should start looking.
2) Rims are fairly common, keep your eye out here. The CF hood - check the marketplace, almost easier and best to get a new one.
3) No chance on the OEM kit... hardly EVER show up.

Thank you come again.

opie,

This is David (who pointed you here), before you do ANYTHING, hang out with the r-speed guys first (I sent you a group invite). Most of us have tried a lot of things. Your listed potential mods are a good start. Two of us have the Apex N1 exhaust and a few of us have headers of different brands. Hang out at an autox or do a HPDE and we can show you what a stock R can do with small mods like race tires and brake pads.

See you soon.

1) N1 exhausts are too loud for the street. You will have to use a silencer most of the time unless you want tickets - which totally defeats the purpose of a free-flowing exhaust.

2) get the JDM 4-1 header

3) OEM body kits are pretty much not available any more
