I heard the Honda bond is some kind of sealant for gaskets?? do I need to apply it on the rubber valve cover gasket and on the 4 rubber gourment for better sealing?

It should be applied to the "corners" on the valve cover gasket around the cam caps/holders. No where else.

The reason I ask is I found some oil on the thread, base of the spark plug in cylinder 1, did a compression test and they are 230 across all four cylinder. I also change the valve cover and the 4 spark plug gasket to new ones and still no cigar. Any thoughts??

Did you correctly torque the valve cover nuts down?
