JDM 16s OEM spec Tire pressure?

Found some spec on this personal JDM homepage.
Does this sound right? seems too low
DC2R 16's
Frt 210kpa/6.895 = 30.46 psi
R 190kpa/6.895 = 27.56 psi
DC5R 17's
Frt 230kpa/6.895 = 33.36 psi
R 220kpa/6.895 = 31.91 psi
