What wideband to use / need info

What wideband to use / need info
I have a 91 hatch with a built ZC and i'm running a Zdyne ecu. I don't know a damn thing about widebands, i just started reading up on them. I know what they do but not sure how to integrate it into my Zdyne. Can i just get a wideband O2 and call it a day, or do i need one of those programmer things or whatever it's called. I need to get some knowledgeable info the cars gonna be tuned soon and i'd like to have a wideband to pull as much power out as possible. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I paid $153 for my DIY kit w/ DIY display,shipped to my house.
Paid $100 for a used O2 sensor.
Paid $85 for a new palm pilot and downloaded the free software.
Paid about $40 for misc wire,zip ties and solder.
for under $400 i got a fully function,loggable wideband,easy to use and seems to be pretty accurate.we will be tunning the car with it,then taking it to a real dyno to see how good it did.
Im very happy with it,it took about 15 hours for the building of the kit,testing and calibrating.
