I'm sure it's lbs......my 6gen is almost 3000lbs

 

mine weighs less than 2100lbs.

well according to honda the 97 Special Edition weights in at 2899 lbs.

Not to get off topic but http://www.worldwidemetric.com/metcal.htm is a good website for finding out stuff like this. For instance if your car really was 2800 kg then it would weigh 61,729 lbs...slightly more than its actual weight. Its a handy little website.
