my friend has an 86 Si hatch and it has lowering springs that have blown his struts or shocks (dont really know much about the old civics) i was looking for new shock or struts and dont know what will fit on them will the 89-91 shocks and springs fit. how about the 92-95's i have no clue some one help me out. i just wanna know what will work with the 86 beast thanks peace

 

84-87 civic,crx stuff works...the 88+ is a world of difference and technology compare to the 87 and older. the 88+ have dbl wishbone fronts and rear is independent. 87 and older use torsion bars up front and solid axel in back
